Registered Massage Therapist
Danielle and her family just recently moved to Yellowknife in January of 2016 and joins us from Barrie, Ontario. She is a graduate of Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology’s three year Massage Therapy program, and is actively registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario.
With a lifelong interest and engagement in a variety of sports, she was the recipient of various health therapies consistently realizing the benefit and importance of receiving treatment from qualified professionals in order to assist with the speed and effectiveness of recovery.
Treatment she offers to the general public involves wellness massage, deep tissue and complex care. Her experience includes working with athletes, children, pregnant women, and populations with conditions that include Cerebral Palsy, Dementia, Deaf and Hearing impaired, and repetitive strain.
Danielle entered this profession because she believes in healthcare that focuses on unity, wellness, and the interrelationship of human beings, events, and the environment and it is her goal, as a massage professional, to help relieve pain, help rehabilitate injuries, increase a client’s relaxation, reduce stress in the body and improve an individual’s overall wellness through a safe, effective, drug free approach to health care.
When Danielle isn’t working she can be found exploring Yellowknife with her family and getting to know the city!
